bdrk1 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

• One Account Per Person
  Each player is permitted to hold one active bdrk1 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under different names or identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. • Accurate Information

Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings.
• Account Security
  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdrk1 login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdrk1 support immediately via the contact email provided on this site.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

bdrk1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general bonus conditions described in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that offer only.

• Welcome Bonus Eligibility
  The 200% welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Players who have previously held a bdrk1 account under any name or identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.
• Wagering Requirements
  All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and bonus winnings not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account automatically.
• Bonus Abuse
  Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete rollover requirements without genuine risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using automated software to participate in promotions — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account suspended or permanently closed.
• bdrk1's Right to Modify Promotions
  bdrk1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, eligible game restrictions and time limits. Players are responsible for reading the full terms of each offer before participating.

5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

The following provisions govern bdrk1's intellectual property rights, the limits of our liability to you, and the legal framework under which any disputes arising from these Terms will be considered.

• Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any bdrk1 content without express written permission.
• Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdrk1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or delays in processing deposits or withdrawals. bdrk1's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arose.
• Governing Law and Disputes
  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of bdrk1 that cannot be resolved informally through bdrk1 customer support should be referred to binding arbitration. bdrk1 and the player agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal dispute process.
